First Hill Residential Restoration
Union Park Apartments, located in a First Hill residential neighborhood near Capitol Hill, is just steps from downtown Seattle's financial and shopping districts. GenCap significantly increased the asset value for owner Grosvenor Americas through a comprehensive renovation. The project included a complete exterior overhaul with new cladding, windows, storefront doors, roofing, and canopies. Structural upgrades were made to repair deteriorated wood framing, and the building now features a modern fitness center with high-performance equipment, a private courtyard, a dog park, and an upgraded lobby.
