Located at the west end of Downtown Kenmore, the Seaplane Commercial Building was the final phase of development in the 9.6-acre Kenmore Village, a downtown core constructed by GenCap. As the local go-to dining and meeting spot, the building is home to Stoup Brewing (formerly Seaplane Kitchen + Bar), making it an iconic cornerstone of the downtown area.

Our successful partnership with GenCap Construction has allowed us to leverage our public assets and help implement the community's vision of downtown Kenmore as a walkable neighborhood. The GenCap team has executed close to $100 million in developments within the Downtown core, signifying a true public/private partnership within the last four years.
