Downtown Kenmore Mixed-Use Apartments

The LINQ at Spencer Square, a mixed-use development in downtown Kenmore, features 94 urban residential flats and lofts, along with approximately 20,000 SF of commercial space dedicated to expanding healthcare clinic services for the Kenmore community. The project incorporates 100% LED lighting and unique sustainability measures, earning it LEED Gold status. Located across from Kenmore City Hall, it continues to contribute to the area's growth and development.

Our successful partnership with GenCap Construction has allowed us to leverage our public assets and help implement the community's vision of downtown Kenmore as a walkable neighborhood. Within the last four years, the GenCap team has executed close to $100 million in developments within the Downtown core, signifying a true public/private partnership.
