As part of the city's public-private partnership to redevelop Downtown Woodinville's Schoolhouse District, GenCap oversaw the renovation and restoration of the Carol Edwards Center. The project included enhancing spaces for childcare services, community classes, and a playground, enriching the amenities available to the local community.
