As Vice President of People and Culture, Molly spearheads HR initiatives focusing on growing our culture and purpose, expanding team member engagement, creating career development paths with the associated training, and increasing our focus on health, wellness, and work/work/life balance.
Molly brings more than 25 years of Human Resources experience building and cultivating people programs. Prior to GenCap, Molly held numerous HR leadership roles in the technology sector and built and led a consulting firm focused on employee experience and engagement. Most recently, Molly led the HR team supporting the Product Development division of DocuSign through a rapid phase of global growth and scaling. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in Communications. Her philanthropic interests have long been focused on advancing the interests of children and women. She has served on the boards of KidsQuest Children's Museum, National Charity League and National League of Young Men and is currently a passionate supporter of Stolen Youth. As a Seattle native, Molly embraces the Pacific Northwest in her free time and enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, wine tasting and traveling. A highlight of her life is visiting her daughter and son who both attend college out of state.
