As a primary equity investor in one completed project, with a second project beginning shortly, we value the certainty GenCap provides as a General Contractor in completing their work on schedule and within budget. While the currently frantic construction marketplace has resulted in uncertain performance with some builders, GenCap has been able to leverage their strong relationships and expertise to deliver successful projects for HAL.
